Mobile Service
We come to you. Consultations are provided in the comfort of your own home, care centre, group home, community gym, park or other preferred location. We provide mobile exercise physiology services and small group exercise classes based in Sydney's Inner West, Parramatta and Ryde regions.
What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?
We are university qualified, allied health professionals with a minimum of 500 hours of practical experience and accredited with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA), the governing national body for exercise physiologists.

All our employees have a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, police check, working with children check and are Covid-19 vaccinated.
We use an evidence based exercise plan to improve the overall health of people with medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Exercise is beneficial for a vast range of conditions including Type 2 Diabetes, cancer, heart disease, chronic pain and mental health. Exercise also greatly helps to improve the day-to-day ability of those with disabilities.
